Testing the waters here. Is there a non-sunroof panel, removed,( but not required) available within Louisiana, east Texas, or Mississippi area ? Not interested in a windshield, as I will be putting a new one in, just an unbroken top. Color unimportant. I would like to change out on my blue GT like I did my silver one.
You might want to ask a potential seller to remove it from the car before confirming they have one since they almost always break upon removal. Also you should pick up the headliner backing from the donor car while you're at it.
I have several here in Holiday, FL 34691 however the only way to ship them relatively inexpensively is just the roof panel itself with partial windshield post still attached to the roof panel. The roof panel could then be mated up with the existing windshield posts. I have done this on several sunroof equipped cars and have not had a problem. If interested please email LHUBBERT2@BRIGHTHOUSE.COM for pix and prices. Thanks.
The picture of the silver GT was taken 20 years ago, if thats the one you are talking about. I found a top, off the car not too far for a day drive. Going next weekend to get it. But thanks all anyway ! Now, tie it on to my roof to bring it back ?.......
Hi, I went through all of my emails since 03/15 through today and I have received nothing from you (donald.luper@yahoo.com), I even went through my junk mail like I always do prior to deleting it. Is it possible you sent it to the wrong address (LHUBBERT2@BRIGHTHOUSE.COM) because I never received anything from you at all. I know that someone made a snide remark on here regarding my non-reply but I will ignore it knowing the source. I do have several sun roof panels and as I previously stated shipping them is the most difficult and expensive thing to do unless you just ship the top itself with a short piece of the windshield post on each side and you splice them back together on your existing Fiero. If you are willing to do this then I can be of assistance otherwise your best bet is to find a non-sunroof Fiero (Any model) and remove the bolts holding the panel down to the chassis, and slowly using several putty knives work the top itself off of the chassis and glue that is holding it to the car. Pick a sunny, hot day, take your time, do not get in a hurry and you will be able to work the panel off in one piece all around including the window posts and the bottom of the windshield frame. As I have said previously I do not know what happened to your emails since I always answer all of them even if I do not have what the person is looking for. Thanks again for your efforts and I will keep my eyes open for your email should you decide to contact me. Thank you and have a great day.

There is nothing snide about it, it was a factual statement based on multiple experiences by myself and a dozen other members over the past year.
Let me show you how this played out...
1. Member posts a wanted ad looking for part 2. You respond saying you have the parts 3. Member contacts you several times via email and PM but doesn't receive a reply 4. Or, you do reply to the member but disappear just before transaction is finalized 5. As a result, that member thinks they have found their part, also other members who could have helped didn't bother to respond because they think its taken care of, all while the original poster is still waiting for a reply, lost valuable time, and after weeks go by they realize they are back to square one and have to start over, exhausting.
