I have researched the producing these very stanchions.The dies could be made so as to produce several heights.Lets say from 4 to 10 inches.The dies could be done in about 6 weeks or less.To amortize the cost of the dies it would need upfront orders for 10 pair at $100 per pair.Mixed height.
