I believe you need a 2000 yr TB that is cable operated if you are using the 1995 to 2003 PCM.

The best way to find one of these throttle bodies is to go to https://www.car-part.com/ and select a 2001 Cadillac DeVille.

For the adapter plate, make sure you get the one that matches your blower. Series II engines had a Gen 3 supercharger. Series III engines had a Gen 5. https://zzperformance.com/p...rthstar&_ss=e&_v=1.0

Junkyard is the cheapest option. You will also want to grab a MAF off of a 5.3 2002-2006 Chevy truck/tahoe/ suburban. Other years may work too but not 100 percent sure

My swap use the LS1 MAF. Its larger, flows better and will raise boost but be advised many changes to the MAF table in the program will need to be made. You can start the process by importing the MAF airflow vs output frequency values from the LS1 into your PCM.
