I saw bjc 350's post. Nice look, though there is no chrome on any Fiero I remember. I think that if they had chrome surrounds on all instrument cluster gages I would buy a set.

this is perfect for my car, I already have chrome door lock slides and chrome HVAC knobs. if anyone is interested, the chrome lock slides are just from any olds/buick from the 80s and the hvac knobs are from a 698 camaro I believe, they are all factory fits.

FYI I ordered the rings on Feb 7 and received them from Poland yesterday, Feb 26
The rings are a friction fit and unfortunately, the rings I got are too small for the OEM holes by 0.07-inch Rings OD are 3.57-inch '88 OEM Panel ID Holes are 3.64-inch
I won't brother you with the fine details, however the manufacturer is sending a larger set.....

He had one panel and thought that all Fiero panels are the same.... I bet your rings will be 3.57-inch OD It's easy to remove the panel with four torx screws If the rings are too small, send photos like *these* and he will send you another set...

actually my rings just arrived and their too big! I then pulled two sets of instrument covers out of one of my boxes, one set the rings are too big, other set they are too small! It looks like there are a few different sizes of these dash covers that were made.

Mine were too small for the 84 car and also too small for the 88. After attempting to use their method of expanding the rings, to no avail, I used a few dabs of "Goop" marine adhesive and they stay in place fine. It seems they make a variety of these rings for many different makes as well as for other gauges and such. I think they add a nice touch. Might add a set to the digital dash in the 86, V8 car.

They are from Poland so they use a different measuring system over there. A few bottles of Vodka and a carton of cigerettes before they use the metal lathe And yes, my family is from Poland so I can joke about these things

If I were going to go this route would want all the openings to match, not just the tach/speedo (e.g. The gas, temp, oil, tach, idiot light openings)

The set I received are too small, the compression ring would need to be cut pushed out 1/16 of an inch to hold them in place....Glue would probably work but I will not glue them since it is 88 dot matrix.

I believe the confusion here is that the Fiero gauge cluster panels were made in two or three different sizes. I found this out when I purchased a set of "wood" aftermarket dash panel covers. ------------------ " THE BLACK PARALYZER" -87GT 3800SC Series III engine, custom ZZP /Frozen Boost Intercooler setup, 3.4" Pulley, Northstar TB, LS1 MAF, 3" Spintech/Hedman Exhaust, P-log Manifold, Autolite 104's, MSD wires, Custom CAI, 4T65eHD w. custom axles, Champion Radiator, S10 Brake Booster, HP Tuners VCM Suite. "THE COLUSSUS" 87GT - ALL OUT 3.4L Turbocharged engine, Garrett Hybrid Turbo, MSD ign., modified TH125H " ON THE LOOSE WITHOUT THE JUICE "

Second Set Are Perfect! The key is to measure your panel ID before ordering, and then inform the seller your 'size'The thin edge of these rings can be easy 'folded' in the panel to hold them in.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0ROEy11C5A&t=103s EDIT - I'll get the OD 3.57-inch rings for FREE, but you will need to pay the shipping....
