.It was perhaps a bit foolish of me to expect this thread to maintain it's seemingly impeccable record of remaining respectful. I do appreciate those who's comments and senses of humor remained tactful. Since some of those pictured are friends or acquaintances I decided to remove the pictures out of respect for them and also to prevent any further potential spoiling of this thread which so many here seem to enjoy.

no, I wasn't very functional for two days after the drinking. She got up in the morning and started her day with a Malibu and cranberry. I think the next pics will be of Joey taking the engine out of her Fiero. Dave

See, I LOVE SLIPKNOT!!!! But people like that are the reason I dont really go to there concerts and stuff. i dress "normal" and when i go there i feel SO out of place and people say/do some really stupid stuff. Funny thing is i know about 100X as much about the band as all those little ****ers that just listen to them because they got spanked when they where younger and hate their parents now. These kids that hear one or two songs on the radio and think they are some sort of "super fan" tryo to start **** with me becuase i dont look like tha tkind of person that would be at that concert. That is of course until I start asking them questions about the band and their old albums and what not, they pretty much shut up and walk away...

of course you like slipknot, they're from Iowa too.
edit: sorry, but some of the faces made think they are/were male, plus i know people who changed genders and they are into all that stuff. sorry :[
I appreciate your honesty. I am familiar with probably half of those who attend, anywhere between 100 and 170 people are there on good nights. I can honestly say I have only seen maybe 2 or 3 of the people you are speaking of in the 2 years I have been going. None of those benders or changers are pictured in what I had posted. They are all 100% Female from day one I assure you. This IS after all "Girls without Fieros" and not "Guys". The only reason I put in the 1 pic of the guy is so that it didn't look like I attended a stripper bar and that it was in fact a club.
21... My point was that i just cant stand people like that. Chances are he probably heard one of their songs on the radio and then seen someone else wearing a shirt and thought why not... I have fallowed Slipknot since they where LITERALY playing in basements and at parties, I lived in Knoxville for a while back then and seen them nearly every weekend... I met them for the first time when i was 12 and ever since have had GREAT respect for them and their musical abilities! My first memory of them was seeing the band all "huddled" and praying before they started playing. I just dont like that people assume they are some devil worshiping or "satanic" band when they obviously have no clue what they are talking about.

My point is that you're barely beyond high school age, yet you speak condescendingly of "kids." Maybe that has something to do with the way they reacted to you.
My apologies to all for the hijack. Now back to your regularly scheduled thread ...

They're quite lovely, but if that was the only criteria we could just replace this thread with a Google Image Search.
