Gotta think of something...

oh it got hit several times over the winter but nothing eventful over than season, other than it was hit once and bent the hinge on the door, it no longer latches shut, I have to get it off the post and re-weld the hinges so that the door stays shut. but things have been a little hectic lately around here, between lower than normal temps and high snow falls up here. it is finally staying above freezing at night, most of the time so I may be able to set up the automated watering system in the kennel this week and save me a half hour a day of busting frozen water buckets. but then I will have to call in a favor from a friend to help me get the mailbox into the shop, the dam thing weights 80 lbs I think it was when I put it on a scale in the shop. not something I should be picking up and not all that easy to mount on the post by ones self even for someone with a good back. I usually have someone put it in the back of Amanda's golf cart dump bed, that saves picking it up the 4' off the ground.

Yes they do for a fact. BUT, its never the other way around. I had a friend borrow a plane years ago to take his buddies to a golf tournament. He landed Ok on their grass strip. Taking off with all the luggage for 4 ppl AND their golf clubs didnt work out well. They crashed into a huge tree. They all survived with minor injuries...but my insurance paid the county golf course thousands of dollars for the tree they damaged.
