With no fur (due to mange?) it's difficult to recognize, but it sure seems to use it's front paws like a raccoon does.

EDIT 1 - Looks like I was pretty close. Have a look a this mutant raccoon here... Hairless raccoon found in Vero Beach

EDIT 2 - And here's another one... WEIRD: Oklahoma chupacabra actually is a hairless raccoon

They're coming out of the woodwork now!

Looks like a Chinese Crested. Hairless animals have tusks like that one, doubt that it's mange.

That was the first thing my wife said--"Dang, that woman has Big Hair and the guy's name is Bubba--and we wonder where the stereotypes come from?"
Christmas Lights still up? Check.
Beer can in his hand at the start of the interview? Check.
Use the phrase "ain't never seen nothin' like that right thar"? Check.
The wildlife "expert" acts like they woke him up from a 3 day drunk to do the interview.

(says the guy whose Christmas Tree has been up 24/7 since Dec 2011)

Hey the bank manager of the bank we used when we lived in TNs name was proudly displayed on his nameplate on his desk, "Bubba" I often wondered if that was his real name or a nickname but never had the guts to ask him.

You know what Jeff Foxworthy says.

The hair is definitely a must on a raccoon.

I'm pretty sure it's a raccoon. The paws are a dead give-away.

Def not a chupacabra (goat sucker). There feeding it meal and corn. Chupas are supposed to drink blood and eat small animals like chickens, dogs and cats. Simple to just do a DNA test.
