Any one looking to do a new 1150 refresh, the new Pentium D3258 will be debuting at $70 and comes UNLOCKED. The best part is it can hang with the Flagship K series in gaming.
Early testers are hitting 4.5-4.8. The auto overclock function in AsRock boards are hitting 4.8ghz. Makes me wan't to new gaming build.

Only semi-related to your post, but I would avoid ASR boards like the plague. ASUS boards too. I see a lot of failures in ASR, and ASUS is getting the worst rep in the business in shrugging off warranty repairs.
Only boards I'll run these days are Intel and Gigabyte.
