I watch between 5 and 18 hours of tv a day. Some is while working in the garage. I watch a lot more in winter than summer because I dont go outside in the cold. Im pretty healthy. My doctor who does my annuals says physically im more of a 40something than the 60something I am. I dont take ANY meds, wear glasses, use hearing aid. In summer I do a lot of hiking and biking. I also have all my hair, which is now gray. My weight is dead on what its supposed to be. My only thing is I wish I could redistribute some...take some stomach fat and move it around to arms and legs, lol. Guess a tummy is just an age thing your stuck with.

The Tummy thing they say is sugar/carbs causing "visceral fat" under the abs.
Do they do some sort of a special heart test? I wonder what would measure the damage of inactivity. *The only thing I can think of is heart disease/ blood pressure/ etc .. and similar circulatory things due to build up. Like a car with carbon build up, gotta exercise to blow the carbon out
I have heard a stat too that marathon runners over do their heart and joints. Its a balance for sure.
