Sure was surprised when I was pulled over by one of these for a seat belt violation. The cops are so scared of the populace, they had me leave the money for the violation on the ground and drive away.
LOL

I try not to watch the news as it forces me to attend to what somebody else deems to be important to my life. I prefer to get my news on the net buffet style (I can pick and choose what I see, how much I see and when I see it).

(We have city police, sheriff, state police, border patrol, customs and ICE in my town.... way too many in my book, but so far they seem to be working well together.)

Bad for the bad guys IS good for the good guys.
As crime evolves so must crime fighting.
The good news about this news is as the police adapt to criminals and are winning.

A week away from media was a blessing. I still heard the news about Foley and Fergusson and ISIS but it was a relief not to have it constantly crammed down my throat. Will take a conscious effort to keep all the crap away. Knowledge isn't always power...

Try to remain positive. Actively engage positive pursuits. Familiarize yourself with the concept of Pronoia- and better still, buy the book. It's on Amazon (and other places) it's under 20 bucks, and it's seriously great at helping you detox from all the negative crap you invest on a daily basis.
I've passed out to at least a dozen people, and they all liked it...

The title is pronoia- the antidote for paranoia

It's worth the price of admission

Be well.
