I've got a situation, I purchased a parts car two years ago for the frame, insert excuses about life and being busy, I went to finally transfer the title as I have time to use the frame and my swap is at last running well. The PO, jromer81, wrote his first name in the purchaser spot then crossed it out and filled out his info in the sellers area. It's plain as day what happened, so I went to get it transferred and they want a letter of correcting from the PO, not to mention me to trailer the frame to the dmv which would cost about 1/4 or what I got it for to rent a trailer but I digress. I can't get a hold of the PO, left several voicemails, tried his dad's number that was on there businesses website, found his house phone number online and it has been disconnected. Is there anything I can do?
It's really obvious what happened with the title, you can still see it said "Justn" and it's in different ink.
Does anyone know him? Or what options I have besides scrapping this clean frame?
