I give Tower Hill the best top review possible. We have them, they took great care of us when Hurricane Charley hit us in 2004.
After the storm, Tower Hill quickly set up same some air conditioned trailers in a local shopping center to process claims quickly. They handed out emergency checks right away with out us asking. Their agents came out and surveyed the extensive damage, processed the claims without trying to cut down the claim what so ever. We were able to rebuilt the house better then it was before the storm. Any of the hidden damage that was found after the original claim was processed was accepted without questions.
Some of our neighbors had StateFarm, they could not get any adjusters to come out for months, we started the rebuild process much sooner then most on our street, which was great, as it turned out, there weren't enough contractors to go around, those that had the insurance checks in hand were served first.
