https://paribus.co/

I came across this service through one of the financial websites.

Basically they scour the major online retailers for price drops for anything you buy. If the price drop is within the price match guarantee period they apply for the refund in your name. When you sign up you put in your credit card info to receive the refunds.

They take a 25% cut but it's reduced by the number of other people you sign up. And no, I'm not asking anyone to use me as a referral.

As an example, we buy a lot of items through Amazon's subscription service. Yesterday I got a notification that Paribus discovered a 32 cent price drop on the cat littler we buy. Since we buy four bags a month we were entitled to $1.28 refund minus their commission.
I also received notification from Amazon about the refund so I know it's working.

Of course, this wasn't exactly a huge deal but still, it's found money and it's painless. Needless to say, it would be very rewarding if you made a big purchase.

Just thought I'd pass it on.

I haven't bought but one or 2 things on line--mostly motel reservations. But thanks for the heads up.

Living out here in the boonies it's become very convenient to just hit a few keys and have the stuff show up the next day.

We're on a first name basis with all the delivery guys. In fact, the UPS guy wants to buy the Fiero and the FedEx guy has his eye on the NASCAR F-150.

Yeah, I know all about living in the boonies, but UPS hates coming out here and usually has to call for directions when my wife orders something--then again, the sheriff's dept has to call for directions too and the high sheriff lives about 2 miles from me and has visited here before.

So, when trouble strikes, the sheriff is only, what, 2 hours away?

You need more guns.

They want to be able to scan my gmail mailboxes.....and I'll bet before too long those mailboxes get hit with targeted advertising.

No Thanks, there is enough intrusion already

Good reason to order more, get them familiar with the area.

Ups has to send a truck pretty far to my house but it's easily found. If they don't have enough packages headed my direction they will deliver it through USPS.
