I love riding motorcycle's be it street our dirt, but the first thing I would check on this bike is the seat bracket bolts before riding.

Agreed, this bike is more for show than go, but I am digging the modern board track racer vibe.

Although it was VERY basic, I used to love Milwaukee Iron's rolling frame. Unfortunately they went belly up before I could buy one:

Is it me, or does it look like he could change the engine placement / angle to suit what ever he may need (limited of course by the uprights)?

Looks like it, yes. But I don't think it actually lines up that way. He did take the time to make the pattern of lightening holes balanced and symmetrical. Just because it's supposed to look that way. Beautiful.
