Hmm well, unless I reeeeeally crave their weird horse-radish sauce, or I'm starving and all there is is an Arbys... I might not be back to an Arbys.
I really enjoy Arby's but the price is borderline absurd. Most fast food is this way now it seems. $10+. Forced combos for a soda I don't want. Dollar items that are just pitiful.

I've noticed this as well, a decent food place don't cost much more than fast food it seems. The dollar menu became the $2.50 menu, and many of them aren't even doing the Dollar menus from what I've seen.

We still have dollarish menu items around here. I say dollarish because they usually have something that is akin to a tier set up. 1st tier is dollar or less items, 2nd $1-$2 items and the 3rd $2-$3. McDonalds, the spicy chicken is still $1 as is the regular sausage mcmuffin and the small fry. The McDouble is $1.29 and so on. Soda's any size are $1 at the golden arches. Del Taco and Taco Bell have 99 cent bean and cheese burrito's and 79 cent regular taco's. Taco tuesday will usually get you 3 taco's for $1 to $1.29 depending where you go. Burger King has a 4 piece french toast sticks in the morning for about $1.25. I get those from time to time. It's possible to still get things on the cheap here, but for someone like me who rarely eats breakfast or lunch it's really not of much use. Mostly a thing when we are out shopping and want a quick snack between stops.
Spent many shifts working 8:00-Midnight and stopped at In N Out for a Double Double Animal Style and some Animal Fries
Whenever I travel back on business, this and Rock n Salsa in Fremont are the two must stops. Closest thing in Michigan is Wendy's, or Slabtown back home in Traverse City.
The place that has no mayonnaise for their burgers. So I can't really judge how good they are. If I'm spending that much for a burger, it's going to have mayo on it not ketchup, mustard or thousand islands dressing.
This is how we die........the little things we deny ourselves. I still eat at Whataburger a couple times/week. #1 combo, large drink and fries for $8.75.
I will tho, never eat at Burger King or any other place selling fake beef.

I don't think I have had Whataburger. I did like Jack in the box when I tried it while on vacation, we don't have them up here. In-n-out I also tried while on vaca, to me just tasted like mostly like the grease, not real flavorful? Maybe I had a bad double double.
