Have you ever wondered what happened to Linus and his obsession with The Great Pumpkin? Well, we uncovered some answers and the truth is shocking.

(Heh, this is a little "dark", but was well done...)

Sally's dead body was covered with Charlie Brown's Halloween costume. Why didn't anyone mention this?

Is there a cover up about the cover up?

Speaking of Sally, her reading the riot act to Linus after missing tricks or treats is a real classic, "You owe me restitution!!"

Let's take that a step further, what pre-teen (like me) would know what the h*ll "restitution" was in 1966? That was the brilliance of Charles Schultz, throw in some stuff for mom & dad. That and the beautiful score by Vince Guaraldi made those productions timeless. RIP Chuck!

I guess I've never seen the Peanuts Halloween.

You boys think the narrator is coonass (from Louisiana)?

Edit

Yeah. It says he is Cajun at the end. Rofl.

Since 2013- when I first saw this crazy tree while on a trip in NE CA (Medicine Lake)- I have been using a large pic of this tree as my Halloween decoration;

For the last 10 years, my joke about it has been "I want to go back and see if it's still there- but if it's not, I'm going to have to PAY someone to go get my vehicle...Because I'm going to RUN all the way home screaming!!!"

Anyway, this June I took my neighbor's son (Crazy about aircraft) up to Evergreen Aviation Museum (In Oregon) to see the world's largest aircraft (Howard Hughes H-4 "Spruce Goose") and on the way back we stopped and saw the tree- it hasn't moved, so we are safe (At least from that tree!)

I fergots to mention- if you have ever seen the famous painting "The Scream" by Edvard Munch, it has an "S" curve to the screamer's body- this tree has exactly the same curve!

Are you sure? *checks his watch*

"t" is slang for the French word petit aka "little" Also a Cajun term

Nu stands for "little".

T-Nu is "Little Little" as Bill Making Stuff has said.

See ya next year, Halloween thread.
