Any suggestions for stripping paint off concrete? Strip Disks and Flap Disks seem like Thye'd scratch the concrete. Paint stripper is expensive, but will buy, if I have to. Is there a specific brand? Some have very poor reviews. anything you know of that works?

Muriatic acid is what's normally used but it also can change the color of the concrete. Are we talking house paint or spray paint?

Pressure washer? The one used here is a rather powerful unit, but there are no doubt YouTube videos of less powerful pressure washers being used to remove paint from concrete.

I forgot to mention its the sidewalk leading to the house (about 12 feet in length), the paint is very, very old, so I have no Idea, what type of paint it is. Defiantly not spray paint.

Concrete grinder worked well for me - rented from Home Depot. But it will gouge the surface if you are not careful.

Have used one of these before, be sure to wear a dust mask and eye protection if going that route.
