Fascinating thread for sure.
I used to live in Royal Oak Michigan, so close to the Woodward Dream Cruise that the apartment would shake from all the muscle cars. It turned into nearly a week long experience, and I'll tell you, if it had wheels, I probably seen it out there. If the weather was nice, Thursday and Friday evening/nights were the best, that's when the truly special cars would come out. Saturday was just a slow moving traffic jam, but it was fun too, just sit back and people/car watch.
