Well, Friday the 6th I go in for triple bypass surgery so I'll miss a few days on here

You'll do fine. I did the quad at age 65.
DO, do the cardio rehab afterwards. You won't regret it.

Oh I'll be doing all the cardio rehab I can. It should be a smooth surgery.

Well, I'm still kickin'. It ended up being quadruple bypass. I only spent a few days in the hospital because I had a strong heart so they allowed me to go home very early. Other than the pain around my entire core from the ribcage being shuffled around, I feel like a million bucks.


Plus the Oxycodone helps

Glad you came thru OK....And all of us should remember to "Go for the EXTENDED WARRANTY the next time we are born"...

Glad things went smoothly for you! Others who have gone through it have told me they felt MUCH better afterwards. a lot more energy.
